1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards

To start a return, please send a ticket through our email or return the item to the store you purchased it from. Our team will provide you with further instructions if needed.
- Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. Refunds
- Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-10] business days.

3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it, please send a ticket through our email or return to the store where you purchased it. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
